1. How to I place orders here?
There's an order form right below, or alternatively, you can mail me at pigments@live.com

2. How many days will you ship the items after I made my payment?
Once payment is cleared, I'll ship them within 3 working days.

3. How do I track my items?
If it is local (within Malaysia), tracking number will be given. You can key in your tracking number in POS Malaysia's portal to check your status (www.pos.com.my). You can also call them for the parcel status 1300-300-300.

I am not held responsibility if item is damage during shipment or missing packages upon delivery.


4. Can I return what I've purchased?
I'm sorry, but once the item is sold, no refunds / return of products.

5. Do you COD (cash on delivery)?
Sorry, I can't COD. Postage would be the best alternative.

6. Are your lip items "halal"?
I can't guarantee whether they are "halal" or not. However, I'll post up the ingredients and country of origin information stated in my post.

7. Can I have discounts?
At the moment, there are no discounts unless stated. :)

8. Do you able to ship these items internationally?
I could, however, the postage will be different from the local postage quotation.
